I had to inquire about status of delivery because Amazon had not notified seller, but turnaround was more than satisfactory when Ken became aware.

Thanks, I really needed to replace the mask.

The mask works fairly well. Wish they were a little bit more substantial, but put together fairly well, for a device that is completely plastic.

I’ve been treating my sleep apnea since 2002 and have gone through many masks. This time my provider sent me this piece of junk. I HATE IT. I hate the stupid tabs, and the part that the velcro attaches to has pulled away from the rest of the strap. I much preferred the old “Seatbelt” type of attachment, but this is what I got. It leaks unless I adjust it JUST SO and usually by the 7th hour I’m asleep it’s on the verge of slipping off my face.

I’ve tried other masks and nasal pillows, but this one BY FAR is the most comfortable AND doesn’t leave marks on your face that take hours to go away!!! I’m VERY happy with this purchase.

Pros:

* VERY comfortable gel nasal cup.

* sturdy construction (see comments)

Cons:

* “slow release” velcro straps (this is a very minor complaint)

Comments:

This is close to the very first mask I had. Two things to keep in mind when you’re buying these things: GET THE RIGHT SIZE, and make sure the mask you get is sturdy

This is the third mask I’ve had. My second mask was too large (not the mfgr’s fault), and flimsy (I had that bad boy ripped apart inside of a week).
